The process of a typical complete turn key project follows a four-stage method. 

Definition – Our team works with you to understand your requirements, and after a site survey and analysis of your current setup, we will propose various concepts that provide the right solution to your business needs and budget.   

Design – During the design phase, one of our experienced project managers will work closely with you to create the right solution and detail the work scope, specifications, and timescales. Where required, we will produce prototypes to allow for relevant testing before we move into production.  

Manufacture – Once your design has been approved, we will then move into the manufacturing of your equipment. Produced in-house, at our state of the art facility by our experienced team. Before moving to the installation phase, a full range of quality, hygiene, and safety checks are carried out. 

Delivery – The project and site manager will then work closely with you to ensure your new equipment’s safe and successful installation. After installation, we will carry out several follow up reviews to ensure your new equipment is working to your requirements. 

We can then implement a regular service and maintenance plan to ensure your new assets have a long and efficient lifespan.
